1、利用专用的故障检测仪(博世KTS510F 深圳元征X—431)

2、专用诊断仪诊断连接线口目前有两种:一种是长方形的,16针接线(国际标准)。另一种是圆形的。其中,圆形的诊断接口是各汽车厂家普遍采用的,圆形的诊断接口通常是3条线连线:1是正极,2是负极,8是诊断通讯线,并且与控制单元ECU的K25是对应引脚线。如果连接专用诊断仪后,不能建立诊断通讯,要详细检查诊断接口K8引脚线的通讯状态,如果K8不能建立诊断通讯,说明K8引脚线出现开路、短路的现象,可以直接从控制单元ECU的K25引出连线,并且从整车的主继电器引出正极和负极,并与专用诊断仪的K8、1、2相连,即可诊断故障。

3、在进入读取故障码的存储模块以后,首先要删除一下控制单元ECU故障码。
