康明斯发动机机油消耗高故障需按以下步骤处理。 

故障原因                                                                                       措施

1、机油泄漏（外部）                                            检查发动机是否存在外部机油泄漏。拧紧螺栓、管接头和管塞。O                                                                          如有必要更换密封垫。

2、进气系统超出阻力规范。                                 检查进气系统阻力，如有必要更换空滤。

3、机油标尺标定不正确。

4、曲轴箱通风系统堵塞引起曲轴箱压力高，     检查并清洁曲轴箱呼吸器管。

     油封总处于压力环境，造成密封性变差，

     在压力作用下机油泄漏。

5、涡轮增压器油封渗漏                                        检查压气机油封。

6、气门导杆密封泄漏                                            检查气门导杆油封，如有必要则更换。
