　　发动机在运转中突然熄火是指发动机工作时，在未松开油门的情况下，非驾驶员操作因素而急速熄火，熄火后不能再起动的现象。该现象一般为机械故障所致。

　　⑴ 原因

　　① 喷油泵驱动齿断、传动齿轮故障。

　　② 喷油泵轴断。

　　③ 发动机内部运动件卡死。

　　④ 喷油泵操纵拉杆及连接销脱落。

　　⑵ 诊断与处理方法

　　柴油机运转中突然熄火主要是由喷油泵断油故障引起的，其次才是发动机内部卡死所致。当遇到此现象时，首先检查喷油泵是否转动和供油。

　　① 用起动机带动发动机，若能正常转动，观察喷油泵凸轮轴是否转动，若转动正常，说明喷油泵有故障。应检查操纵机构的工作是否正常。可扳动油门杆件查看操纵臂、操纵轴的联接是否良好。

　　② 如果喷油泵凸轮轴不转动，则是凸轮轴齿轮紧固螺栓松脱、凸轮轴断或齿轮室中的齿轮故障。

　　③ 若起动机带动发动机不能运转，则说明是发动机内部故障。如活塞与气缸之间卡死，曲轴与轴承咬死，喷油泵柱塞卡死及配气机构的机械故障等。在正常情况下先应打开气门室罩检查。如果运行中从仪表上反映机油压力过低或温度过高，则需直接针对具体情况进行检修。

　　发动机在油门不松开的情况下缓慢熄火，一般是由供油不及时或供油中断引起的。其表现为发动机运转中渐渐无力，最后自动熄火。

　　⑴原因

　　① 油箱内柴油用尽。

　　② 油箱盖通气阀门堵塞。

　　③ 燃油滤清器或油水分离器堵塞。

　　④ 供油管路断裂或渗入较多空气。

　　⑤ 输油泵不工作。

　　⑥ 油箱中有水。

　　⑵ 诊断与处理方法,

　　① 首先检查油箱是否有油、油箱盖通气阀门是否畅通。

　　② 拧松喷油泵放气螺钉，用手油泵泵油，观察放气螺钉处的流油情况。若无油流出即是油路堵塞，应逐段检查、排除。若柴油以喷柱形状射出，则说明油路畅通。若放气螺钉处有气泡冒出，则是管路中进入空气，应查明油管各接头是否拧紧、管路有无裂纹或磨穿，并排除所发现的问题。

　　③若油流中无气泡，可将手油泵回位固定，使用起动机带动发动机转动泵油，若仍无油流出，说明输油泵有故障。

The starter drives the engine, if the normal rotation, observation of diesel fuel injection pump camshaft is running, if the rotation is normal, that fuel injection pump failure. Should check whether the normal work of the operating mechanism. Can pull the throttle lever connecting view manipulator, the steering shaft is good.

If the bleeder screws at the bubbles, is entering the air pipeline, should identify the tubing joints are tightened, the pipeline has no crack or wear, and the exclusion of the problems found.
