发电机组并联必须注意的问题
  发电机组间负载功率的均匀分配
  柴油发电机组并联首先应满足功率均匀分配的要求。功率均匀分配包含有功功率和无功功率两个方面。所谓均匀分配指的是各台发电机所承担的有功功率和无功功率都应该和它们的额定功率成比例。国内对并联运行发电机组的功率分配有明确的要求,在交流发电机组并联运行时,当负载在总额定功率的20%-100% 范围内变化时,应能稳定运行,其功率分配误差应符合以下要求:各台发电机实际承担的有功功率与按额定功率比例分配的计算值之差,在发电机额定功率相同时应不超过发电机额定有功功率的±10%;当发电机额定功率不同时,应不超过最大发电机额定有功功率±10% ,最小发电机额定有功功率的±20%,各台发电机实际承担的无功功率与按发电机额定功率比例分配的计算值之差,应不超过最大发电机额定无功功率的土 10%。
  如果功率分配出现较大的不均衡,无论是有功功率还是无功功率,都不仅会影响机组运行的效率和经济性,而且甚至会引起整个电站的故障。如果并联发电机组的有功功率分配严重不平衡的话,在负载总功率较大的时候,往往是一台发电机组已满载或过载,而另一台发电机仍处于轻载状态,这样就不能充分利用机组的容量,发挥整个电站的效能。机组过载不但会给柴油机或发电机带来危害,而且还会引起保护设备动作,影响整个电站的运行。反之,在负载总功率很小的时候,有功功率的不平衡又往往会在发电机组之间引起有功环流,使有的机组转入电动机状态,这对柴油机同样是不允许的。在机组具有逆功保护时,逆功现象将引起逆功跳闸,造成故障。对于负载变化频繁且变化幅度较大的柴油机电站,上述情况更应引起注意。例如,某船舶电力推进装置的柴油机电站,由于并联发电机有功负载分配不均,当船舶全速航行时,总的负载功率较大,经常使重载发电机过载,引起开关跳闸,结果原来轻载的发电机也突然过载,开关接着跳闸,造成严重的断电故障。而在船舶停靠码头时,由于总负载很小,轻载的发电机进入逆功状态,引起逆功跳闸,影响电站甚至整个船舶运行的可靠性。以上情况足以说明,并联运行发电机组间功率的均匀分配,并不仅仅是一个发电机经济运行的问题,它还是保证整个柴油机电站供电可靠性的重要因素。无功功率分配不均匀,虽然不会对柴油机造成严重影响,但是发电机功率的额定值是根据视在功率确定的,无功功率不平衡,必然会引起发电机视在功率的不平衡,同样会限制发电机组容量的发挥,特别是对于功率因数较低的电站,机组的带负载能力不是取决于柴油机的额定功率,而是取决于发电机额定电流数值的大小。无功负载的不平衡,也可以把其不均衡部分看成是两台发电机之间的一种环流,有时这种环流会超过发电机的负载电流,在发电机内部产生附加的损耗,甚至使发电机过载。无功的过载电流同样会使发电机的主开关跳闸,造成故障。此外,发电机无功电流的大小是和其励磁电流相一致的,无功电流的不平衡往往和励磁电流不平衡同时发生,使励磁系统过载甚至产生故障,如发电机转子绕组被烧毁,相复励装置的整流二极管损坏等,这种故障的后果往往是相当严重的。可以看出,无功负载的均匀分配和有功负载均匀分配具有同样意义。
