警告:充电装置正在工作时,切勿从蓄电池上断开任何充电装置电路或蓄电池电路电缆。火花可能导致来自蓄电池出口的的氢气和氧气的可燃蒸气混合气发生爆炸,这些气体是从电解液释放出来的。可能导致人身伤亡。

蓄电池电路是充电装置的个电气负载。此负载随着蓄电池的充电情况不同而变化。

注意:如果工作过程中蓄电池与充电装置之间的连接被断开的话.充电装置将会损坏。损坏之所以发生是因为丧失了来自蓄电池的负载,充电电压增高。电压过高可能损坏充电装置、调压器和其它电气部件。

采用适当的蓄电池负载测试仪测试没有保持充电的蓄电池。

注:该步骤仅在安装由发动机驱动的充电系统时适用。

蓄电池在每一次定期检查时的充电状况将会指示充电系统操作是否正确。如果蓄电池经常充电不足或者需要大量补水时.就需要进行调整。测试发动机上的充电装置和电压调节器。使用充电系统自带的接线和部件。这种测试可以指出所需进行的修理。修理进行完毕后.要进行测试以便证实装正已被修理恹复到原来正常的工作状况。为检查交流发电机输出是否正确.请参阅《技术规格》。在发动机上进行测试之前.必须按照以下步骤对充电系统和蓄电池进行检查。

1.蓄电池必须至少达到完全充电的75%。蓄电池必须固定在位。蓄电池固定夹  定不能向蓄电池施加太大的应力。

2.蓄电池、起动机和发动机接地之间的电缆的尺寸必须正确。电线和电缆一定不能有锈蚀。电线和电缆必须安装支撑卡箍,以防止对蓄电池接头(接线端)施加应力。

3.检查充电装置的驱动部件以确保这些部件上没有,确保这些驱动部件能使充电装置正常运转。

Perkins4016柴油发动机两个起动马达以并联方式安装。将适当的万用表设置在DCV档,以查找功能异常的起动系统部件。转动起动控制开关以使起动电磁阀通电工作。起动电磁阀的操作可以从起动马达的小齿轮与发动机飞轮齿圈啮合时发出的声音中听出来。如果起动马达电磁阀不工作,蓄电池的电流可能没有流到电磁阀。此时,将万用表的根导线接到电磁阀的蓄电池电缆接头的接线端。将另  根导线连接至蓄电池负极。若读数为霉,则说明来自蓄电池的电路开路。若万用表上有电压读数显示,则需进步测试。

Perkins4016柴油发动机电磁阀的操作也同时接通了通向马达的电路。将万用表的  根导线接到紧固在马达上的电磁阀接头的接线端。将另一根导线固定至蓄电池负极。让起动电磁阀通电工作,观察万用表。若读数显示了蓄电池电压.则说明故障出在马达上。此时必须拆下马达作进一步测试。若万用表读数为零,则说明电磁阀触点没有闭合。如果触点没有闭合的话,应修理电磁阀。起动马达小齿轮的间隙可能也需要调整。将万用表的一根导线接到电磁阀的细线接头的接线端上,另一根导线接至蓄电池负极。让Perkins4016柴油发动机起动电磁阀通电工作的同时观察万用表。若有电压读数显示,则说明故障出在电磁阀上。若读数为霉,则说明问题出在起动开关或起动开关的接线上。将万用表的一根导线固定到连接蓄电池接线的起动开关接头的接线端上。将另一根导线固定至蓄电池负极。若读数为零则说明来自蓄电池的电路开路。检查断路器和接线。若有电压读数显示,故障出在起动开关或起动开关的导线上。
